About Harper & Joylistics

Michele Harper, professionally known as Harper, is a beauty and wellness professional, personal stylist, hypnotherapist, and philosopher whose work centers on embodiment, emotional regulation, and everyday joy. After navigating divorce, financial loss, career reinvention, and the emotional depletion that often arrives in midlife, she began studying the small sensory moments that helped her feel alive again.

What started as a personal inquiry became a practice. In a season when joy felt distant and performative positivity rang hollow, Harper noticed that fleeting moments—like the first sip of coffee at the perfect temperature, hearing a favorite song unexpectedly, or wearing something that finally felt like herself again—were not random. They were signals of safety, presence, and self-connection within the body.

This lived experience became the foundation for Joylistics, a grounded, repeatable framework for reconnecting with joy through touch, sound, scent, color, movement, and style. Harper now shares Joylistics through workshops, retail activations, and client experiences, helping people restore emotional connection and vitality in practical, culturally fluent ways.
