Joylistics® Workshops
Wellness you don’t just learn about. You experience it.
A Joylistics® Workshop is an interactive wellness experience designed to help people step out of autopilot and reconnect with how they actually feel.
Rather than sitting through a presentation, participants are invited to experience simple practices using breath, movement, sound, color, mindfulness, sensory awareness and intentional conversation.
Each workshop is designed to create a shift — helping participants feel more present, energized, connected and inspired.
It’s not another thing to do. It’s a thing to feel.
What does a Joylistics workshop feel like?
Think less seminar and more guided reset.
A workshop may include a grounding exercise, breathwork, music or sound, gentle movement, visualization, color or sensory practices, reflection and meaningful group connection.
No previous wellness experience is necessary. Participants are simply invited to arrive as they are.
A guided mind-body reset using breath, sound, movement and sensory practices to help participants slow down, release tension and reconnect with themselves.
A music-and-movement experience exploring how rhythm, movement and intentional joy can shift energy and mood.
An interactive exploration of color, personal style and the emotional connection between what we wear and how we feel.
An immersive experience using sound, frequency, breath, scent, color and stillness to create relaxation and sensory awareness.
